CANCELLATION POLICY

⟣𝙱𝚘𝚘𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐 & 𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜: • 5-minute grace period. • After 5 minutes, appointments are automatically canceled. • Late arrivals may be subject to the cancellation fee. • Brazilian services are precisely timed- arriving late can equal the full service time. • Please arrive at your scheduled time to maintain flow. • No-shows: results in an immediate ban and 50% service charge. •Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service charge. ·············· ⟣𝙽𝚘 𝙶𝚞𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚜 / 𝙽𝚘 𝙲𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚍𝚛𝚎𝚗: •This studio is an 18+ environment for the safety of all clients and the provider, due to tools used and exposure to mature themes. •All services and retail are intended for adults only. •Children are not permitted in the studio at any time. •Guests are not allowed in treatment room during appointments. •If a guest must accompany a client, they may wait in the lobby or your personal vehicle. ·············· ⟣𝙷𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚝𝚑 & 𝚂𝚊𝚏𝚎𝚝𝚢: • Clients must disclose any known contagious or communicable conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to booking. • Skin must be intact: no open lesions, sunburn, rashes, or active infections in the treatment area. • Avoid exfoliation, retinoids, acids, or harsh products 48-72 hours before and after service unless otherwise instructed. • Proceeding with booking or services without disclosure constitutes a policy violation. • Services may be refused or discontinued at any time if a risk is identified. • Certain conditions or medications may require rescheduling for your safety. • Policy violations will result in permanent termination of client privileges. ·············· ⟣𝙷𝚢𝚐𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚎 & 𝚂𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝙿𝚘𝚕𝚒𝚌𝚢 •Please arrive with clean, dry skin free of oils, lotions, or deodorant in the treatment area. For lashing services, please come without makeup. •Proper personal hygiene is required to safely perform services and maintain sanitary conditions. •The provider adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations. •Services may be refused or discontinued if hygiene concerns compromise safety, sanitation, or service quality. •This policy is in place to protect both the client and the provider. ·············· ⟣𝚁𝚎𝚜𝚙𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚙𝚊𝚌𝚎: • Sugaring is a clinical service. Please come prepared to follow verbal cues and body positioning so the treatment can be performed safely and effectively. • Rushing the service, or interrupting technique can affect your results. • Breaks are welcome: directing or controlling technique ends the session. • Silence or conversation is your choice: please communicate if you need a pause or feel uncomfortable. ·············· ⟣𝙰𝚏𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚎 & 𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚝𝚜: • Homecare or take-home products are used at your own risk. •Following aftercare instructions is essential for optimal healing and results. • Failure to follow aftercare may result in irritation or adverse reactions, which are not the responsibility of the provider. ·············· ⟣𝙲𝚘𝚗𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚝 & 𝙱𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚜: • Zero tolerance for harassment, intimidation, or discrimination: boundary violations, inappropriate behavior, threats, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of service. Full charges apply. • All services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Explicit language, suggestive behavior, or inappropriate requests will not be tolerated. • To maintain focus and care quality, conversations should remain appropriate to a professional treatment setting. • As a women-owned, independently operated business, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment. ·············· ⟣ 𝙸𝙳 𝙿𝚘𝚕𝚒𝚌𝚢: • Valid ID required for all male body or intimate services. • Clients must be 18+ with a valid ID. Only approved guardians or support persons are permitted. • Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. ·············· ⟣𝚆𝚘𝚛𝚔𝚘𝚞𝚝 & 𝙰𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚟𝚒𝚝𝚢: • Avoid workouts, yoga, sexual activity, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, tanning, or excessive heat 12-24 hours before and after service. • Heat and friction can increase sensitivity, redness, and the risk of irritation, infection, or folliculitis. • Wear loose, breathable clothing after your service to minimize friction and sweating. • Tight clothing or synthetic fabrics may increase irritation or ingrowns. ·············· ⟣𝙿𝚊𝚢𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝 & 𝚁𝚎𝚏𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚜: • A deposit may be required for first-time clients booking select services. This non-transferable deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your total at checkout. • Payment is due in full immediately after services are rendered. • Accepted forms of payment include exact cash, card, or Zelle. • Failure to submit payment upon completion of service is considered theft of services. • Incidents of theft of service will be documented and reported to local law enforcement. • Future bookings will not be permitted until any outstanding balance is resolved. • All sales are final.
