Stellar Sugar is a private, appointment-only, 18+ professional studio specializing in sugaring, skincare, spray tanning, and beauty services. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the current policies below. ⟣ BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS 𖥔 Please arrive on time. Arrivals 7+ minutes late may be canceled and subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 𖥔 Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service. 𖥔 Cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted through the booking site or email. Texts and social media messages are not accepted for appointment changes. ⟣ NO-CALL/NO-SHOW 𖥔 No-call/no-shows are charged 100% of the reserved service and are not eligible to book future appointments. The card on file may be charged at any time up to 30 days after the missed appointment if the original charge is declined, including due to a locked, expired, or otherwise unavailable card. ⟣ RESCHEDULING 𖥔 Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of twice. A third reschedule will result in cancellation and a 100% charge for the reserved time, as repeated changes prevent others from booking and result in lost income. Reschedule limits apply to the original appointment, regardless of the new date or time selected. 𖥔 Repeated cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, late arrivals, last-minute booking changes, or repeatedly booking and releasing appointments may result in booking restrictions, deposits, or direct-booking approval. ⟣ PRIVATE 18+ STUDIO 𖥔 No children, guests, or walk-ins. Only the scheduled client may enter the treatment area. 𖥔 Stellar Sugar is a private professional studio. Clients may not arrive early expecting access, bring unapproved guests, enter restricted areas, photograph or record without permission, or remain after their appointment without business-related reason. ⟣ SERVICE EXPECTATIONS 𖥔 Clients are responsible for reviewing the service description, preparation requirements, policies, and contraindications before booking. Booking an appointment confirms that the client understands and agrees to these requirements. ⟣ HEALTH, HYGIENE & SAFETY 𖥔 Please disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, injuries, mobility concerns, recent procedures, or other information that may affect your service. 𖥔 Skin must be healthy and intact. Active infections, contagious conditions, open wounds, sunburn, or outbreaks require rescheduling. 𖥔 Arrive clean and ready for your service. Services may be modified, stopped, or refused when health, hygiene, or safety concerns arise. 𖥔 Avoid exfoliants, acids, and retinoids 48-72 hours before and after applicable services unless otherwise directed. ⟣ YOUR COMFORT MATTERS 𖥔 Positioning guidance is provided throughout services for comfort, safety, and results. Breaks are always welcome. 𖥔 Communicate discomfort or physical limitations so accommodations can be considered when reasonably possible. 𖥔 You may ask questions or communicate boundaries at any point during your service. Silent appointments are also available. ⟣ MENSTRUATION 𖥔 Most services, except Intimate Brightening, may be performed during your cycle if you are comfortable. Appropriate hygiene products are required. Standard cancellation policies still apply. ⟣ INCLUSIVE BRAZILIAN & SPRAY TAN SERVICES 𖥔 Inclusive Brazilian appointments may require valid government-issued ID, a card on file, screening, and adherence to all studio policies. New clients are currently accepted by referral only and at provider discretion. 𖥔 Spray tanning requires appropriate preparation and adherence to provided draping, pre- and post-care instructions. Results vary based on skin type, preparation, application, and aftercare. ⟣ PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES 𖥔 All services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Respectful communication and behavior are required at all times. 𖥔 Harassment, sexual misconduct, threats, illegal activity, inappropriate comments or behavior, or repeated policy violations may result in immediate termination of service and refusal of future bookings. 𖥔 For safety, professionalism, scheduling, or boundary concerns, Stellar Sugar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. Future booking may be restricted or require provider approval. ⟣ RESULTS & AFTERCARE 𖥔 Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Following preparation and aftercare instructions is part of maintaining your results and protecting your skin. 𖥔 Clients are responsible for following all recommended aftercare and contacting the studio promptly with concerns related to a service. ⟣ PAYMENT & NONPAYMENT 𖥔 Full payment is due immediately after services. Accepted payment methods are card and Zelle. 𖥔 Payment is due in full upon completion of services. Completed services are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Retail sales are final. By booking, you authorize the card on file to be charged for any applicable unpaid balance, cancellation, rescheduling, late, or no-show fees. Disputing a valid charge does not release the client from their payment obligation. ⟣ TIP POLICY 𖥔 Tipping is never expected or required. 𖥔 The best ways to support my business are rebooking, purchasing retail, leaving a review, and referring others. These are always appreciated but never required. ⟣ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY 𖥔 Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, completing required forms, following preparation and aftercare instructions, and reviewing current policies before booking. 𖥔 Failure to provide required information or complete required forms may delay, modify, or cancel your appointment. ⟣ COMMUNICATION & BOOKING 𖥔 The booking site contains current services, pricing, policies, location, and appointment management. 𖥔 Appointment-related questions should be submitted through the booking site contact form or email. Texts and social media messages are not accepted for appointment changes. ⟣ RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 𖥔 Stellar Sugar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service and restrict future booking when a client demonstrates repeated policy violations, unreliable booking behavior, inappropriate conduct, boundary violations, or communication that is disruptive to the operation of the studio. Provider approval may be required for future appointments. ⟣ POLICY UPDATES 𖥔 Policies may be updated at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current policies before booking and prior to each appointment. 𖥔 Booking an appointment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the current studio policies.
